What is the Relievagus CES ear clip?

The Relievagus CES (Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation) ear clip is a non-invasive wellness device that delivers gentle microcurrent stimulation through comfortable ear clips. It is designed to support relaxation and help you wind down as part of your daily routine.

What is the difference between the two models?

We offer two models:

Wireless CES Ear Clip (Black, £79) — 3 session modes (Comfort / Standard / Intensive), 9 intensity levels, 1000mAh battery, wireless design.
Wired CES Ear Clip (White, £69) — 2 session modes (Pulse Current / Pulse Frequency), 6 intensity levels, 600mAh battery, built-in 20-minute countdown timer.

Is this a medical device?

The Relievagus CES ear clip is a personal wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before use.

How to Use

How often should I use the device?

For best results, we recommend:

First 2 weeks: Twice daily, 20 minutes per session.
After 2 weeks: Once every 2 days, 20 minutes per session.

Always start at the lowest intensity level and gradually increase to your preferred comfort level.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?

Both models charge via USB. Estimated charging times:

Black wireless model (1000mAh): Approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
White wired model (600mAh): Approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

Please use the included USB cable and avoid charging in direct sunlight or humid environments.

How do I clean the ear clips?

Wipe the ear clips gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use organic solvents, petrol, or alcohol-based cleaners. Do not submerge the device in water.

Safety & Precautions

Who should NOT use this device?

Please do not use this device if any of the following apply:

You have an implanted medical electrical device, such as a cardiac pacemaker.
Your ear lobes have wounds, eczema, blisters, or peeling skin.
You are under 6 years of age.

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or any other medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.

Are there any environmental restrictions?

Please avoid using the device in the following environments:

Bathrooms or other humid, wet locations
High-temperature environments
Areas with strong magnetic fields or microwave radiation
Near devices that cause electromagnetic interference (microwave ovens, mobile phones, etc.)

Can I disassemble or repair the device myself?

No. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. Doing so will void your warranty and may cause injury. Contact us if you experience any issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 7–15 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over £50.

Do you ship internationally?

Our primary shipping destination is the UK. Please contact us at miyou3527@gmail.com if you are ordering from outside the UK.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, return the device within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please contact us first to initiate a return.

What does the warranty cover?

All Relievagus devices come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or physical damage.
